
Complete your BBQ with our Beefy Back Ribs! These are cut from the rib roast and are packed with the same great flavor as a ribeye. Beef Back Ribs do not have much meat on top of the bone but rather have it in between the bones.
For the best method to cook, we recommend peeling off the membrane on the backside of the bones, seasoning with a dry rub, and cooking it either in the oven or barbecue.
Each pack is 1.5-2.5 lbs. and will have 3-4 bones. For a complete rack, order 2 packs.
Our product ships vacuum sealed and frozen in an insulated box with gel ice packs.
