Our Dry Aged Bone-in Ribeye Steaks are dry aged for 35+ days in our humidity controlled dry age room. The process of dry aging breaks down the fat and muscle and creates a more rich, earthy flavor and buttery texture of the meat. Dry aged meats do cook faster than fresh or wet aged product so this will need to be considered when cooking.

Our product ships vacuum sealed and frozen in an insulated box with gel ice packs.
